Hotel Pizza

Mmmmm...cheeesy! Unfortunately, I traveled hundreds of miles in the opposite direction to indulge in the type of deep dish pizza synonymous with Chicago. Caution: Do not attempt to eat one of these "small" pizzas on your own. I could only eat two pieces before going to bed and one in the morning. Auchtung: It is not recommended to stay in a hotel lacking an adequate cooling device when storing such a pizza. After sitting out all night the cheese rehardened and tasted like a block of mozzarella with tepid sauce layered on top. It was still ok.
